Guided Meditation Course, taught as a practice to increase better health, embody self-inquiry and peace of mind, also invigorate psyche and soul. Meditation also includes in the yogaclasses.

– Learning some basic “landing” techniques that invite your mind to relax into a natural state meditation.
– Learning about meditation as a natural baseline for the mind and how to use in the daily life.
– Each class makes room for clarification and dialogue after the session as its deepens week after week.
– You adjust and deepen your practice in your own pace.

Meet Anna Brus, the woman with many years of experience within meditation and as a certified yogateacher E-RYT 500h, KarunaReiki®Master, Shamanic Practitioner and gives Shamanic healing, she believes in magic and that we will meet the power of healing presence. Class taught mix Eng/Swe. Bring your own cushion or borrow at our place.
