We invite the true nature into the movements, chanting ancient mantras to remember our roots, letting our heart express our innate divinity and open our hands as a poetry of creative liberation. A guided model through the powerful presence. An art of moving towards freedom. A highly developed and equalizing module for our spirit to awake, to nourish our Soul and to illuminate our body and mind.
Samasthiti means ’equilibrium’ is based on the Yoga Sutras Yamas & Niyamas. How we can equilibrate the mind and emotions – Be generous, be kind to all, that is the highest essential form of yoga practise. That’s why we use mantra, mudras, pranayama, breathe work, spirituality, universal intelligence, Reiki and Shamanism to receive generous power from our yogamovements and meditation. Samasthitiyogan has slowly taken place out of Anna’s yogateachertrainings but also through Anna’s experiences of life, spiritual awakening and her life as KarunaReiki®Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
Samasthitiyoga is for everyone, for you as a new beginner but also for you who have practise yoga before. Samasthitiyoga is repairing on all levels; physically, mentally and emotionally. It provides an opening to observe and stand in a balanced stillness. We focus on the art of aligning all the poses from Samasthiti, working on external physical alignment to create a more subtle internal alignment.
It’s intention is to align the spine and body in relation to the earth and the sky and the aim is to strengthen the body, create more softness around joints and in the mind. Samasthitiyoga is created to give you a solid and healthy body. The classes are designed around a serie with room for variation and exploration. Yoga/Qigong movements are emphasized on stretch and twist to promote body alignments and to dissolve tension in the fascia (connective tissue) also to build strength of the core, spine and around the major joints. Somatics (slow yin-flow) synchronizes breath with movement to create internal heat and balance.
A key is not to become an expert in anything, instead realise that we are all learner. It’s easy to practice if we become playful like a child and awaken our inner intuition. There is a magical opening to explore new things that our beautiful yoga gives us. It is a passage into presence, a magic tool for cultivating altered state of consciousness and enter your inner Self. An infinite process and exploration of your spirit, heal the past and ignite inner peace.
