Sometimes we need something sweet and goody! So these Raw balls is when you want something tasty but simultaneous healthy. And when sweet meet salt and sour. A nice combination for our taste buds!

I don’t remember the quantity of every ingredient, so follow a ’grandma’ trick’… And you also need a quality mixer.

Ingredients for White Samasthiti Balls: 
Fresh Ginger
Vanilla extract
Himalaya salt/turmeric
Coconut oil organic + few drops of water

White Samasthiti balls

Ingredients for Black Samasthiti Balls:
Cacao powder
Vanilla extract
Fresh Lime juice
Himalaya salt
Coconut oil organic + few drops of water

Black Samasthiti balls

Chocolate balls without sugar

This Swedish ’Choklad bollar’ without sugar is to good and also very simple to make. You can eat them before your yoga (other exercise) practise for some extra energy or after as a recover, or just as a dessert or a bit of sweet. Yammy!

On my Yogaretreat this might be one of the surprises you will experience after a yogasession ㋛

In your mixer you put,
Organic Oats
Organic Dates
Organic Cocoa powder
Organic Coconut oil
Coconut flakes
Coffee (can be excluded)
Maca/Lucuma powder as caramel flavour (can be excluded)

Mix, roll in coconut flakes, refrigerate and enjoy!

Red Lentil Soup

Even if the sun still is warming you here in the west. We also need the heat from inside.
Here is a healthy, easy and very tasty soup those days you know you need to heat up the inside.
Red Lentil Soup with a touch of spice from India and some love from Thai Chili and Coconut. On my Yoga Retreat we always think holistic and like to bring food as medicine for the body.
Onion and (perhaps) garlic (olive oil for the pan)
One can of organic coconut milk + 1/2 can water
Potatoes and carrots, same amount
Red lentils
Lots of fresh ginger
HimalayaSalt, (thai) Chili, Parsley, Turmeric, Garam Masala (or any Masala flavouring)
Red pepper

Mix everything to boil around 10 minutes but add the red pepper the last 2 minutes.

Boosting Drinks

I am trying to add more Green drinks to my daily diet. I have noticed how good I feel. You can actually experiment with different ingredient, and get your favourite!
Here is some easy recipes.

Liver Cleansing Drink

Liver cleansing drink… here is the recipe if you want to try it… a good idea is also to eat as ”clean” as you can during this period. Like no meat, less sugar and white flour and no alkohol and coffee.

– 3 lemons
– 1 cup parsley
– 5 celery sticks
– 6 cups water
Mix everything in a blender to a soft juice. Drink 2 glas 3 times daily before meal. Do this for three days, than wait 7-10 days and repeat the dose.

Raw Cashew Yoghurt

An easy way of making Raw Cashew Yoghurt

3-4 cups of cashews (soaked overnight)
6-8 cups of filtered water
2 tbsp agave, honey or other sweetener of choice
2 tbsp himalaya salt
Pinch of vanilla or cinnamon of choice

Rinse the soaked cashews gently. Add all in a high speed blender together with the new water and mix until all smooth and silky. The consistence should be runny but not thin. Think melted ice cream. Pour in a clean glass jar and cover with a cloth and a rubber and to let it breath without anything getting in. Find a warm letting it rest for a few hours.
Perhaps you add your favourite fruit and some müsli on top.

If you´ll get some leftover it will last for a couple of days in the fridge.

Mother Ulla´s Bread

I like to make things simple and also when I am in the kitchen and creating, today an easy (I promise you) bread with inspiration from my wonderful and caring mother.

Mother Ulla´s delicious and easy bread
1 litre curdled (Filmjölk)
2 dl sunflower seeds
2 dl Pumpkin seeds
3 dl Rye flour
5 dl wheat flour
5 dl graham flour
1 dl linseeds
1 dl wheat bran
¼ dl bicarbonate
1 ½ dl syrup or agave syrup
1 tablespoon Himalaya salt

Lubricate two bread molds with butter and cornflour. Mix all ingredients and put the sticky dough into the molds. Into oven 180 degrees for around 60-70 minutes. Letting the two bread rest under a towel for at least 5 hours.

Icecream Delux

It is summertime and here comes Icecream… I love icecream! And it is so simple making it by yourself. If you don´t like oreo cookies you can add what ever you like.

Oreo-icecream with caramel sauce:
1 packet oreo cookies
5 dl wiped cream
1/2 – 1 can with sweetened condensed milk (not cocked)
Mix everything and add 1/2-1 can caramelised milk mixed with a couple of teaspoons unmixed wiped cream.
Topping with Crunchy sprinkles before goes into freezer about four hours.

Serving it soft but still cold by taking it out from freezer at least 5 minutes before dish up on plates, Enjoy!

Raw Chokladfudge

Summer and ice-cream… mmm I love Ben & Jerry ice-ceam. But it has been to much so I am trying to eat less ice-cream. Naturally now the weather brings chilly winds and I do not want to add chilly food. Yesterday I baked this delicious Raw Chokladfudge. Enjoying the good fats from sesame seeds, hazelnuts and cocoa butterIron, magnesium, calcium, some other important ingredients this fudge offersNot to forget the raw cocoa’s uplifter and fortune acids!

Recipe: Rawfudge
Makes 20 pieces

1 cup hazelnuts+
1/2 cup sesame seeds mixed with canola oil, then add
3/4 cup coconut butter
1 cup Cashew nuts
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp raw agave
1 pinch Himalaya salt
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
couple of tbsp filtered water

In a food processor, combine the coconut butter, hazelnut mix, cashew nuts, water, vanilla, agave and Himalaya salt and process until smooth. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm it up slightly. Place back in the freezer for about an hour or more until firm. Cut into 20 squares and enjoy! Store in the fridge or the freezer.
